Channing Tatum planning Africa trip

Channing Tatum wants to drive across Africa with a group of friends and "see what happens".

The 'Eagle' actor is keen to go on lots of interesting adventures throughout his life and says one of his dreams is to travel all over the continent and film it.

Talking of his ambitions, he said: "There are so many things I want to do. Like, I want to get an artist, a musician, a photographer and a bunch of dancers that I know, and just travel across Africa and just film it and just see what happens. Do and learn as much as I possibly can. Luckily, I have a lot more time."

Channing - who is married to actress Jenna Dewan - says one of his life rules is to never regret anything he has done, and that includes a short-lived job as a stripper.

He told America's GQ magazine: "I had wanted to tell people. I'm not ashamed of it. I don't regret one thing. I'm not a person who hides s**t."

While he has no regrets, Channing, 30, says he is keen to prove himself as a serious actor.

He said: "No one's calling me for lawyer roles. I still have a lot to do to prove myself."
