Thursday started out with a powerful sit down with Bill Walsh in one of the Penthouse Suites at the

A Fortune 100 industry Consultant Kevin Kraft spoke to the attendees about what it takes to take companies from 0 to over 100 Million plus. His focus discussed proper business planning and quadrant programs necessary to create massive success in today’s economy. He also discussed several principles necessary for taking your company to the next level and how to create a clear and defined blueprint for your business!
Just before lunch the Innercircle360 teams were established to create synergy and accountability over the next 120 days! Each of the teams at lunch were asked to discuss specific plans on how to assist each other at a mastermind level and to help each other grow there businesses! Everyone was also asked to focus on things they could help each other on a personal
note and to find a charity each team would support over the next 4 months! What a cool concept!
A WIN Joint Venture partner Keep in Touch, Inc discussed the plans required to take ownership in your direct mail campaigns and how to automate your programs to provide high level customer retention. They also gave away a $995.00 software package with 30 days of training for FREE to all WIN Attendees!
One of the Highlights of the weekend was a panel discussion with Mark Kaplan (500M plus Real Estate Developer) TJ Wojtas who manages a 100M hedge fund and Bill Walsh (CEO/Founder Powerteam International & WIN University) where the attendees could ask any question or discuss any challenge they face in there business! This was quite enlightening for everyone!
Alicia Pierce – Info marketing Entrepreneur Expert closed out the day and shared priceless information with the WIN Students on how to access some of the best resources in the world to save money on every area of running your business. Many students commented that that this session alone was worth the price of admission!
Friday Night – Luann Mitchell-Halter shared her personal story of heartache, despair and the mountain like challenges that she faced to take a company from bankruptcy to 100 Million the first year, 300 Million the second year and over 500Million the third year. All this from a single mom that was forced out of a company that her late husband helped build and the family ran into the ground. Luann’s story of hope, inspiration and hard work gave everyone in attendance the internal fortitude that is necessary to go really big in every area of your life!
Saturday morning started out with the words of wisdom and vision from real estate developer Mark Kaplan. It was very insightful the information that he shared with everyone about the roads that went through to live an extraordinary life and the challenges he faced as he built his empire! One of the amazing stories was what it took specifically to build a million dollar homes and ski lifts on the top of the Deer Valley Ski resort in
The Trinidad group presented for $60M in funding on a very exciting project in the
TJ Wojtas manager of a $100M hedge fund discussed the opportunity to partner with his firm to assist in the financing of real estate projects and properties around the country! He also talked about the challenges and opportunities that are presently available in today’s economy and marketplace!
Darren Jacklin closed out Saturday Afternoon with Inspiration and Information on how to grow your business with shameless self promotion and joint venture marketing partnerships! It was most informative and exciting as he shared his passion for the specific steps he has taken
to create success in his life. Darren has just been featured on National TV programs and recently completed filming a series of specials with a new success network to inspire people around the world to take action!
Saturday night the WIN family celebrated and had some fun at the Private Club called the Foundation Room on the top of the
Sunday morning Bill Walsh led the closing session of the event with a very dramatic and deep reaching call to action to the attendees! The topics included defining one’s opportunity process, accountability and the steps required to gage your success! In addition the teams received an outline for monthly goals and team accountability over the next 120 days! In conclusion everyone was issued the 20 page business plan outline which is required to be completed over the next
90 Days by all of the attendees for there company. Once completed all attendees will receive for FREE a $5,000.00 business summary and GANT initiative outline for there company prepared by Powerteam International.
