Diane Kruger gets rid of her clothes if she hasn't worn them for six months.
The 'Unknown' actress says her wardrobe isn't as big as people think because she has a clear-out twice a year and donates any outfits to her friends and teenage goddaughter.
She said: "You'd be surprised by the size of my walk-in wardrobe, I don't have a lot of stuff. My rule is, if I haven't worn it in six months, I give it away to my girlfriends or my 16-year-old goddaughter."
When it comes to her own look, Diane - who is dating actor Joshua Jackson - says she likes to keep it quite classic and wears clothes that represent her personality.
She told Stylist magazine: "My style is very classic. I don't think I have a style really, a look that very much defines me. I just like things that are a little bit different.
"We are what we wear, the reaction you want from someone is about how you present yourself. That may sound superficial but I think if you want a certain kind of job, you dress a certain kind of way. And it's the most obvious expression of who you are, on a day-to-day basis. It doesn't matter whether it's designer clothing or not."
