Julio Garcia a security guard on the set of the long running CBS television show NCIS was killed on the set last week. Garcia was erecting a tent around a staging area when he was struck by a passenger van. The driver of the van blacked out due to a mysterious medical condition. Garcia was rushed to the hospital where he later died. Filming was suspended Wed Feb 16, and will remain so until further notice while authorities investigate the cause of the accident.
