Mold Screen Check…the HVAC Contractors’ #1 Product Request

The HVAC industry has been searching for a method to help their clients with identifying and measuring levels of the indoor environmental contaminants.

Building Health Check, LLC has teamed with many HVAC supply firms to offer the IAQ Screen Check line to HVAC dealers throughout the southeastern states.

Trichothecene Mycotoxin Check (TMC) - identification of mycotoxins in parts per billion (ppb)

Organic Vapor Screen Check – identifies over 50 common household chemicals in part per million (ppm)

Formaldehyde Screen Check – identifies formaldehyde off gassing from furnishings, carpets, cabinets etc.. in parts per million (PPM)

Bacteria Screen Check – identifies the most predominant bacteria in colony forming units (cfu’s)

Fungus Screen Check – identifies the most predominant fungi in colony forming units (cfu’s)

After initially being used largely by Pure Air Control Service’s building diagnostic sciences division and other industrial hygiene consulting firms, the IAQ Screen Check line’s major rollout to wholesale distribution began in mid-2006.  Today, more than 30,000 IAQ Screen Check test kits have been used in-house, packaged with Building Health Check, LLC’s evalu-aire product line, or sold individually.
