Clearwater marketing firm, PostcardMania, showed dedication to Breast Cancer awareness on Valentine’s Day by selling baked goods. Staff brought in various treats, which sold for a quarter each with all proceeds going to their American Cancer Society’s Breast Cancer Walk for Life team.
While they baked for a cause, they also had fun. “After staff meeting ended, it was like a party with cakes, cookies and chocolates, The PCM was busy, too!” says company president Jennifer Custer.
The PCM stands for Pangea Café for Maniacs, which is PostcardMania’s on campus coffee shop. The shop, which opened last month, also sells mixed juice drinks, milkshakes, smoothies and an array of breakfast foods.
“It’s nice to work for a company that understands what it means to give back — and knows how to have a good time,” says Jessica Aguiar, Director of Public Relations at the firm. “I really believe it has a lot to with our success.”
While the company is succeeding financially, these Valentine’s Day sweets were all about spreading the love and saving the ta-tas.
