NFL Scores Week 13: San Francisco 49ers Go on Road and Stun Buffalo Bills

Shaun Hill threw for 161 yards and a TD, Frank Gore collected 66 yards rushing and Isaac Bruce had 67 yards receiving and a touchdown as the San Francisco 49ers (4-8) went on the road and upset the Buffalo Bills (6-6) 10-3 on Sunday despite being outgained 350-195.

Hill hooked up with Bruce on a 12-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter to give the 49ers a 7-0 lead and they carried a 10-0 advantage into halftime after Joe Nedney connected from 50-yards with 11 seconds left before the break.

That 10-0 lead as cut to 10-3 in the third quarter when Rian Lindell kicked a 22-yard field goal to get the Bills on the board but Buffalo couldn’t find any more points. Marshawn Lynch rushed for 134 yards for the Bills and Lee Evans had 80 yards receiving but Buffalo failed to make it count and now find their playoff hopes dimming.
