Britain's Prince William and Kate Middleton have invited almost 2,000 guests to their wedding.
The royal couple - who are set to wed on April 29 - will see 1,900 UK politicians, foreign dignitaries and a host of celebrity guests, including David and Victoria Beckham, attend their upcoming nuptials at Westminster Abbey.
With the Dean of Westminster conducting the service, a number of members of the public who have been in contact with the future heir to the throne - including soldiers injured on the frontline in Afghanistan and Iraq, and former homeless people - will also be among the congregation.
However, just 600 attendees, including the couple's relatives, close friends and various dignitaries, will be invited to the lunchtime wedding reception, which is to be hosted by Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace.
Meanwhile, a selected 300 guests will also stay on at the palace for a "more intimate" dinner and dancing later in the evening.
Those invited to the royal wedding have received their invites in the post over the past few days, and will be required to be dressed in "uniform, morning coat or lounge suit".
Meanwhile it has been revealed Prince Harry's African charity Sentebale has put plans to celebrate its fifth anniversary with a star studded gala on April 28 on hold because it clashes with the wedding. The party will now take place later in the summer.
