Man tattoos entire face

A British body art enthusiast has had a skull design tattooed across his entire face.

'Mad Dog' Dean, 27, has infuriated his girlfriend by having the grisly spectre inked right where no one can miss it.

And despite criticism from friends and family, Mad Dog is adament that he loves the 37th addition to his tattoo collection.

He said on Britain's 'Jeremy Kyle Show': "I don't care what I look like. I am who I am, if people don't like me for who I am, they can do one.

"What's wrong with it? I'm still the same person inside."
