Alex Jones talks sizzling Steve chemistry

Alex Jones still has "chemistry" with her ex-boyfriend Steve Jones.

The pair - who co-host 'Let's Dance for Comic Relief' together - split up seven years ago, but Welsh beauty Alex believes their sizzling chemistry will make for "interesting" viewing.

She said: "I think the idea of us working together is stranger to others than it is to us. We broke up seven years ago, which feels like a lifetime ago, but there's still chemistry there. Hopefully that will just make the show more interesting.

"Steve can't dance at all and he knows it, so he refuses to dance. That wasn't the cause of the break-up but it could have been."

Despite her close relationship with her ex-boyfriend, Alex - who also co-presents 'The One Show' alongside Matt Baker - would rather go on a date with comedians Michael McIntyre and Alan Carr thank hunky Steve.

She added: "Who would I invite out for dinner? Michael McIntyre and Alan Carr. I think that would be a recipe for a good night out.

"Of all the guests that I've had on 'The One Show', they're my two favourites: both really sweet and really good fun."
