Magnetic Man plan rock collaborations

Magnetic Man want to collaborate with Dave Grohl and John Lydon.

The dubstep group recorded their latest track 'Getting Nowhere', with soul singer John Legend, but have said they are keen to line up some rockers to work with on their next album.

Speaking at the NME Awards in London on Wednesday (23.02.11), band members Artwork and Benga told BANG Showbiz: "We're looking forward to saying hello to the Foo Fighters, Dave Grohl's a legend.

"Definitely we'd like to work with him, we're going to have a word with him tonight. And John Lydon, he's just standing over here, so, it's kind of weird."

Dave has previously proved his dance credentials on the track 'Run With the Wolves' by Prodigy, from their 2009 album 'Invaders Must Die', while former Sex Pistols singer John contributed vocals to dance outfit Leftfield's single 'Open Up' in 1993.

'I Need Air' hitmakers Magnetic Man insisted they don't have any solid plans for a second album in place yet, however, as they are concentrating on their summer, packed out with festivals and live shows.

Benga added: "We don't know too much yet, everything is one step at the time for us at the moment, it's a really, really big summer for us, so that's what we're working on and putting all our attention into at the moment."
