NBA Schedule Dec. 3: LeBron James and Cavs Face Knicks, Suns and Hornets Battle, Lakers Look to Bounce Back

The NBA has eleven games scheduled for Wednesday night with several of the league’s top teams in action.

LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers (14-3) will be putting their five-game winning streak and perfect 9-0 mark at home on the line when they host the depleted New York Knicks (8-9) who are coming off a loss to the Trailblazer son Tuesday night. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.

Joe Johnson will look to guide his Atlanta Hawks (10-6) to another home win where they have already posted a 5-1 record. They’ll be facing the Memphis Grizzlies (4-13) and while they have one of the most dynamic young stars in O.J. Mayo the Grizzlies are 1-8 on the road and have lost six straight. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.

Dwight Howard has been lighting it up this year and his Orlando Magic (13-5) have a two game lead in the Southeast as they face the Minnesota Timberwolves (4-12) who have dropped their last two games. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.

Kobe Bryant will have to get his Los Angeles Lakers (14-2) ready to play after a fourth quarter collapse on Tuesday night cost them their game against the Pacers. They stay on the road and face the Philadelphia 76ers (8-10) who are coming off a road win over the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.

Brandon Roy has the young Portland Trailblazers (13-6) firing on all cylinders and they’re coming off a big road win over the Knicks on Tuesday for their fifth straight win and will be gunning for their sixth straight when they face the struggling Washington Wizards (3-12) in D.C. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.

The Oklahoma City Thunder (2-16) are coming off just their second win of the year and they have a legit shot at earning number three on Wednesday as they travel to take on the Charlotte Bobcats (6-11) who have been struggling. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m. ET.

Kevin Garnett has his Boston Celtics (17-2) posting the best record in the NBA and they’ve rattled off nine straight wins and will be looking for number ten on Wednesday night when they host the Indiana Pacers (7-10) who just shocked the Lakers on Tuesday night. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. ET.

Chris Paul will be looking to get his New Orleans Hornets (9-6) on track Wednesday night when they host Steve Nash and the Phoenix Suns (11-7) who have dropped their last two games but are 7-2 on the road this year. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. ET.

The Milwaukee Bucks (7-12) have lost their last four games and will look to get back in the win column on Wednesday when they host Derrick Rose and the Chicago Bulls (8-10) who have struggled on the road this year with a 3-7 mark. Tip-off is set for 8:00 p.m. ET.

Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming have the Houston Rockets (11-7) atop the Southwest division right now and they’ll look to keep their spot on Wednesday night when they host the Los Angeles Clippers (3-14) who have just one win on the road this year. Tip-off is set for 8:30 p.m. ET.

Carlos Boozer has the Utah Jazz (12-7) in the thick of things in the Northwest and they’ll be putting their 8-2 mark at home on the line when they host the Dwyane Wade and the Miami Heat (9-9) on Wednesday night. Tip-off is set for 9:00 p.m. ET.
