Vanilla Ice became the latest star to be voted off 'Dancing On Ice' last night (27.02.11).
The US rapper - who performed a saucy Flamenco routine to Justin Timberlake's 'Like I Love You' with professional partner Katie Stainsby - shocked the judging panel by landing in the bottom two alongside children's TV presenter Laura Hamilton, despite scoring a respectable 21.5.
Meanwhile, Laura, who topped the leaderboard last week, and her partner Colin Ratushniak received 24.5 from the judging panel Emma Bunton, Jason Gardiner and Robin Cousins - who were visibly shocked to see the pair in the skate-off - for their fun-filled American Charleston routine.
Describing the decision as the "toughest" of the ITV1 competition to date, the judges voted unanimously to save Laura.
However, the 'Ice Ice Baby' hitmaker - real name Robert Van Winkle - took his defeat graciously, admitting taking part in the show had been a "great adventure".
He said: "Everything here has been just amazing, I appreciate the whole experience. It's been a great adventure."
Meanwhile, Coleen Nolan had to step in for 'Dancing On Ice' host Holly Willoughby, who was forced to pull out of presenting the show alongside Phillip Schofield at the last minute last night after suffering a severe migraine.
Her spokesperson explained: "She's absolutely fine but suffered from a nasty migraine this weekend. He doctor advised her to rest properly and she'll be back at 'Dancing On Ice' next week."
