Coronation Street's Sunita Alahan will explode with rage when she finds out Becky McDonald was responsible for looting the corner shop.
The bolshie barmaid - played by Katherine Kelly - has been hiding the fact she stole £5,000 from Sunita and husband Dev after the fatal tram crash, and when spouse Steve tells her he's taken the blame, Becky marches over to the newly opened shop to explain everything.
When she asks Sunita (Shobna Gulati) and Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) for a word, she tells them it was her who took the money as she needed the cash to buy her adorable nephew Max (Harry McDermott) from manipulative sister Kylie Turner (Paula Lane).
During scenes that will be shown on the ITV1 soap tonight (28.02.11), a furious Sunita drags Becky out from the shop and warns her to stay away for good as the pair's fellow 'Coronation Street' residents look on in horror.
Sunita and Dev must then decide whether to involved the police or not, and risk ruining their friendship with former jailbird Becky and Steve for good.
Becky has already been considering going on the run, because she thinks it could be the only way to stop herself from facing a life behind bars once again.
Simon Gregson - who plays Steve - recently explained: "Steve reckons it's just a ridiculous solution.
"Whenever Becky gets into any sort of trouble, she wants to run away from it - and Steve thinks that's very childish and stupid. Becky's behaviour is going from bad to worse!"
