Vanilla Ice cried after being booted out of 'Dancing On Ice'.
The US rapper - who lost out in a skate off against children's TV presenter Laura Hamilton on last night's (27.02.11) show after landing in the bottom two - and was so devastated that he burst into tears backstage.
Last year's winner Hayley Tammadon revealed: "We've lost another big personality. I think he was gutted. At the end when I interviewed him, there were tears in his eyes."
'Dancing On Ice' presenter Philip Schofield also paid tribute to the 43-year-old star - who was partnered alongside skating pro Katie Stainsby - saying he was a "lovely guy".
Speaking on ITV1's 'This Morning', he said: "He had such a brilliant time. You could see what a lovely guy he is, because I saw him in the bar the week before and he was talking to everyone and singing to everyone and then at the end he went over and gave his flowers to the little girl. So we'll miss him."
After receiving higher scores than both Denise Welch and Johnson Beharry from the show's judging panel - Robin Cousins, Emma Bunton and Jason Gardiner - Vanilla's elimination from the ITV1 show came as a shock, with Emma describing the skate-off decision as the "toughest" of the competition to date.
