Spencer Pratt wants to work with Sheen

Spencer Pratt wants to be part of Charlie Sheen's "winning team".

The former 'Hills' star has offered to work for the troubled 'Two and a Half Men' actor for free as his publicist after Charlie's longtime representative Stan Rosenfield, quit today (28.02.11) following a series of explosive interviews Charlie gave blasting bosses on his TV show.

Mr. Rosenfield - who also works with George Clooney and Robert De Niro - said in a statement:"I have worked with Charlie Sheen for a long time and I care about him very much. However, at this time, I'm unable to work effectively as his publicist and have respectfully resigned."

After hearing the news, Spencer told TMZ: "I want to be Charlie Sheen's new publicist.. I am offering to be his media point man and that I have great contacts with media outlets and will work for free just to be part of his 'WINNING TEAM'."

Earlier today Charlie - who was recently rushed to hospital after a 36-hour drink and drugs party with a group of porn stars - ranted to E! Online that he was planning to sue 'Two and a Half Men' bosses for shutting down production on the show.

He said: "These fools are so predictable. I'm suing for front end and back end and want them to get out of my personal life. For eight years they were control freaks. Look at what a guy, me, delivers. I don't roll with amateurs. If you wanna stay up till Christmas partying, you've got to work."
