Charlie Sheen claims co-star supports him

Charlie Sheen has claimed his 'Two and a Half Men' co-star is "100 per cent" behind him.

The actor - whose public attack on show creator Chuck Lorre has led to production on the hit series being halted - says his co-star Jon Cryer is on his side in the public feud.

Asked by radio show host Howard Stern if Jon was upset with him, he replied: "I don't think so. I think he's starting to see that the war is turning. I think Jon's behind me 100 percent."

The 45-year-old actor also suggested the best way to end the recent stand-off would be to fire Chuck - who he claims wants to quit - and reinstate him to the show.

He explained: "Chuck wants out, he's burned out, he's got three shows, and he's forgotten that ours was the one that launched the other two... he's a bit of an ingrate that way... I'm still willing to have an open dialogue, but he's trying to make me the fall guy.

"I think the real solution is if they would just fire him, and put me back on and everybody wins. I wouldn't call this a war but they've been up in my grill trying to micro-manage my personal life."

Meanwhile it has been revealed that Brooke Mueller has tried to get custody of her children with Charlie.

The blonde beauty - who is currently in the process of divorcing the troubled actor- reportedly went to the Beverly Hills Police Department recently to ask for help in getting access to the pair's 23-month-old-twins - but was turned away as Charlie does not currently live in Beverly Hills, according to TMZ.

Although Brooke moved in to Charlie's Los Angeles home with their sons last month, she and the actor are believed to be at odds after having a bust-up on vacation.
