Top Double-Digit Losers

ReneSola Ltd. (ADR) (NYSE:SOL) plunged 13.85% to $9.52. The company reported net income of $61.04 million or $0.34 per share for the fourth quarter, compared to a loss of $28.13 million or $0.16 per share in the prior-year quarter. Earnings per American Depositary Share for the latest quarter were $0.69, compared to a loss of $0.33.

On average, nine analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $0.69 per share for the fourth quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Central European Distribution Corp (NASDAQ:CEDC) slumped 30.11% to $15.97. The company reported a fourth quarter net loss from continuing operations of $1.46 per share Tuesday morning, compared to the net loss of $1.51 per share last year.

For 2011, the company expects a profit of $1.05-$1.25 a share on sales of $880 million-$1.08 billion. Analysts, on average, were expecting the company to earn $1.88 a share on sales of $946.8 million, according to Thomson Reuters.

YRC Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ:YRCW) lost 15.30% to $2.27 as the company has accepted to a term sheet with creditors to restructure its operations that “contemplates a very substantial dilution of existing equity holders.”

The stock has average daily volume of 2.45 million shares. At current market price, the market capitalization of the company stands at $107.93 million.
