Nicholas Hoult has landed the lead role in zombie romance movie 'Warm Bodies'.
The British actor - who will soon start work on 'Jack the Giant Killer' as Jack - will team with director Jonathan Levine on the project about a tormented zombie who begins a friendship with the girlfriend of one of his victims.
The relationship starts a chain reaction, leading to a turn around in the way the undead lead their lives.
As well as directing, Jonathan also wrote the script for the movie, based on the book by Isaac Marion.
Summit Entertainment's production president Erik Feig and Gillian Bohrer are also working on the project.
Nicholas has proved himself to be one of the most promising young actors in Hollywood recently, with Deadline.com reporting the role in 'Warm Bodies' was highly coveted by many up-and-coming stars.
The 21-year-old hunk will next be seen as Beast in 'X-Men: First Class' and Mad Max prequel 'Fury Road' alongside Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron.
As well as acting he has also found a job as a model for US fashion designer Tom Ford, who directed him on his filmmaking debut 'A Single Man'.
