Jeff Brazier finds 'Dancing On Ice' tough because he isn't a "natural performer".
The 31-year-old star - who is competing in the ITV1 show alongside professional skater Isabelle Gauthier - admitted he while he still isn't very confident on the ice, he is proud of the toned body his gruelling training regime has produced.
He explained: "I'm not a natural performer. I don't think I actually spoke until I was 13 and was always really shy. I'm confident but not too confident.
"I know what I'm good at and what I'm not and in my early thirties my body is in better shape than is has ever been."
Despite being surrounded by a bevy of beauties on 'Dancing On Ice', the Essex-born hunk - who has two children, Bobby, seven, and Freddy, six, with the late Jade Goody - confessed he has a "man crush" on 'X Factor' runner-up Olly Murs.
Jeff added to The Sun newspaper: "Olly Murs is my man crush. My favourite man about town. We made friends on 'The X Factor' tour and have stayed in touch since.
"He's down to earth, charismatic and talented, just how I like my man crushes to be!"
