Brooke Mueller claimed Charlie Sheen punched her

Brooke Mueller has claimed Charlie Sheen punched her last week and threatened to shave ex-wife Denise Richard's head.

Brooke - who is currently divorcing the troubled 'Two and a Half Men'actor and embroiled in a bitter custody battle over the couple's 23-month-old twins Bob and Max - revealed she is worried the actor is "currently insane" and said she is worried for the safety of their children.

Brooke said Charlie told her on Sunday (28.02.11): "I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom!" adding that "if you are having this conversation taped, then consider it done".

In court documents Brooke filed to obtain a restraining order against Charlie and obtained by RadarOnline, she said he "threatened to stab my eye with a pen knife ... spit on my feet [and] punched me in the arm".

"I'm very concerned that [Sheen] is currently insane. In addition, last week [Sheen] insisted that I travel with [him] and his two girlfriends to the Bahamas. I did not want to go, however, I was afraid I would enrage [Sheen] if I did not go. He was in a rage because he could not find his checkbook. He then took the house phone and chucked it from the second floor window and threw it into the pool".

"He then randomly told everyone in the place that he hated his ex-wife, Denise Richards, violently and he was going to have her hair shaved off."
