Katie Price claims ex-husband Peter Andre went back on his promise to take her eight-year-old son Harvey on a family holiday.
The British TV star claims the singer had said he would take Harvey - her son from her relationship with soccer player Dwight Yorke - away on a sunshine break with the couple's two children together, Junior, five, and three-year-old Princess Tiaamii, while she went to Los Angeles last month but for some reason decided not to.
She said: "Pete was supposed to have all three kids when I was away at the Oscars but for some reason he only took Junior and Princess on holiday. There are those who are terrified I would use that to make him look bad which shows how pathetic it has become. For me it just meant I got more time with lovely Harvey - but he should not have been dragged into this."
Katie - who is currently in the process of divorcing second husband Alex Reid - has also denied claims from Peter she had banned him from seeing Harvey, who has special needs.
She told the Daily Star newspaper: "It really hurt me when someone started the rumour that I'd banned him from seeing Harvey. Nothing is further from the truth. Harvey loves him and Pete was more of a dad to him than Dwight has ever been. My only proviso was Harvey has a special carer around at the same time because he does have such special needs."
Since splitting from Peter in May 2009, Katie - also known as Jordan - has been involved in many public rows with her ex, but she insists she wants relations to be good between them for the sake of their kids.
She said: "Pete will always be in my life. I don't want a war because it will haunt the kids for the rest of their lives."
