Holly Willoughby walked off the 'This Morning' set yesterday (03.03.11) after being spooked by a piece on ghosts.
The 30-year-old TV host - who is pregnant with her second child - was so terrified by the feature, she burst into tears and left co-presenter Phillip Schofield to front the rest of the piece on his own.
Before the item began Holly - who has missed the show earlier this week after being stuck down with illness - said: "If I was at home I'd have to switch over - I can't listen to anything like that! I honestly think I have a proper ghost phobia.
"To try and help you understand - I went to see the play 'Woman In Black' - which was scary and the next morning I went downstairs, said goodbye to my husband and shut the door. It was the middle of the day, and I said to myself, 'I can't go upstairs, I can't go to the loo!' so I drove to Sainsbury's to use their loo.
"All because I was too scared to go upstairs in my own house because I thought the 'Woman In Black' was gonna be up there!"
When prankster Phillip then produced a photo which appeared to show the ghost of a woman who had hung herself, Holly said: "Stop it. I don't like it. I'm really bad."
She then left and returned to host the ITV1 show when the spooky feature was over.
