Jenni Falconer is pregnant with her first child.
The former 'GMTV' presenter has confirmed she and husband James Midgley - who used to star in hairdressing drama 'Cutting It' - are expecting a baby together, which is due in September.
Writing on her twitter page, she said: "Got some exciting news to share with you all-@Midgley and I are expecting our first baby! Woo hoo! (sic)"
The 35-year-old star - who often presents 'The National Lottery' - also told her followers she has had to pull out of running this year's London Marathon because of her pregnancy.
She wrote: "Wow-thank you so much for all your congratulations messages! Due in September! and no, I'm no longer running this year's London marathon!! (sic)"
James - who now runs his own television production company - also spoke of his delight at the baby news, but admitted his life was about to change.
He tweeted: "Exciting news twitterland, @Jennifalconer and I are expecting a mini Midgley!"
A later tweet read: "3 months down - 6 months of going out left!"
Jenni and James married in June 2010 after six years of dating, with Jenni saying: "I'm so excited to be spending my life with another person. It's such an exciting chapter of our lives."
