Miranda Kerr puts her slim figure down to following the blood type diet.
The Victoria's Secret model - who gave birth to Flynn, her first child with husband Orlando Bloom, in January - explained in addition to sticking to an eating plan specially devised for blood type A, she also supplements her diet to ensure her body receives maximum nutrition.
She said: "I am a blood type A and more often than not I eat specifically for my blood type. I also eat low GI, high alkaline foods, drink filtered water and eat mostly fresh produce and very little meat.
"I believe it is important to supplement our food to ensure our bodies have the nutrition required to remain healthy. This is even more important if you do not eat certified organic foods and certified organic fresh produce."
The 27-year-old beauty also revealed coconut oil is her secret key to great skin and shiny hair, and she ensures she supplements her meals with four tablespoons of the natural fat each day.
Writing for her blog on beauty website KORA Organics, Miranda added: "I personally take around 4 tablespoons of coconut oil per day either on salads, in my cooking or in my cups of green tea!! I will not go a day without Coconut Oil. It is also great for the skin and hair.(sic)"
