Indian officials have release the names of nine suspected Islamic militants killed in last month’s Mumbai attacks that began on Nov. 26 and left at least 170 people dead.
A tenth gunman, Azam Amir Qasab, was captured alive and has been interrogated by Indian authorities.
All ten men, aged 20 to 28, were believed to be members of the Pakistani-based militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba.
Pakistan announced they had arrested two additional suspects: Masood Azhar, the founder of Jaish-e-Mohammad; and Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi, commander for Lashkar-e-Taiba. India has said they believe Lakhvi was responsible for organizing the Mumbai attacks.
While Pakistan has made arrests and detained more than a dozen people who may be tied to the attacks they have said they would not turn over any Pakistani citizens to Indian authorities.
