Katy Perry has other-worldly lips

Russell Brand says Katy Perry's lips are a "tunnel to another world".

The British comedian - who married the 'Firework' hitmaker in October 2010 - claims he experiences "salvation" and "poetry" when he kisses his wife.

Asked what Katy's lips were like, he said: "A conduit to paradise! A tunnel to another world. They are redemption! Salvation! Glory! Poetry!"

The 35-year-old actor - who has previously dealt with drink and drug problems - has also confessed he has become more domesticated since he got married, something he blames on being English.

During an appearance on TV show 'The View', he said: "I'm like a butler now. I think it's because I'm English, she thinks I'm a butler.

"My life used to be about chaos, glass, blood, madness, but now it's, 'Go and get that fridge.' That's after five months, how am I going to be a decade down the road? I'll be like a servant man, polishing windows and gardening."

Last month, the 'Get Him to the Greek' star confessed his marriage to Katy was "ordinary" and the pair argue like any other couple.

He said: "It's nice to be married to Katy Perry but you'd be surprised how ordinary the marriage is.

"The other day I was wearing a shirt and she said, 'Are you wearing that shirt out?' And it was not a proper question, it was like she meant, 'Get it off'. And I had to take it off."
