Bob Dylan will headline the inaugural Irish music festival London Feis this summer.
The 'Blowin' in the Wind' rocker will make his only UK appearance in 2011 at the event which will celebrate 21 years of the best Irish and International music on three stages in the capital's Finsbury Park.
Founder Vince Power said: "The inaugural London Feis will be a fantastic edition to the capital's summer calendar and announcing Bob Dylan for an exclusive UK performance means that the first year will be one to remember.
"I've worked with Bob many times before and am delighted to have him back once again."
Vince - who previously founded the Mean Fiddler Group and Hop Farm Music Festival in Kent, South East England and was responsible for operating Spain's Benicassim Festival - put together 14 Fleadh festivals at the venue between 1990 and 2004 and hopes the London Feis will continue in the same tradition.
Bob's last UK gig was the Hop Farm Festival last July where unusually for the musician, he addressed the crowd before performing 'Like A Rolling Stone', thanking them for their support and introducing his band.
Tickets for London Feis went on sale this morning (09.03.11) with more acts to be announced shortly.
