Illona Bergstrom is a Florida Real Estate and International Property Development Broker with a vast experience spanning over 30 years. She joined Brosda and Bentley Realtors as a Broker Associate a little over three years ago. Bergstrom’s experience includes developer sales in new construction, condo conversions, luxury oceanfront high-rises, water and beachfront properties, single family homes and commercial properties, as well as foreclosures and short sales.
These days Bergstrom answers her phone more than thirty times a day, in five different languages, speaking to prospects and clients calling from Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela and Europe, wanting the best deals in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami Beach and Downtown Miami. She has listings in South Africa and Europe and switches from negotiating a sale at 900 Biscayne in Downtown Miami to taking an offer for a parcel at Highland Gate, a golf course development in Dullstroom, South Africa she represents.
