House vanishes

A Malaysian landlord visited his house to collect his rent to find the property had vanished.

Zuria Ali was shocked when he arrived to find concrete pillars, a smashed television and pieces of broken wood where the wooden dwelling he inherited from his parents once stood.

A neighbour, who saw three people take off with parts of the house weeks earlier, said: "I thought the three were carrying out the dismantling work on instructions from the landlord. I did not suspect anything until he asked me about it."

Police confirmed they received a report of a missing property.
