New York Knicks Lose to Indiana Pacers

Tyler Hansbrough had his best day as a professional Sunday during a Pacer's win over the Knicks that stopped a six game losing streak. He scored 29 points and eight rebounds as the Pacers finished on top 106-93. It is Hansbrough's fourth game in a row scoring more than 20 points.

New York's top players managed to score, Carmelo Anthony had 25 and Amare Stoudemire had 28, but the Pacer's played good defense all night. Anthony scored his points while going just 9 for 22 from the floor.

It was Chauncey Billups' first game back after suffering an injury against the Orlando Magic earlier this month. He only managed to log nine points while Toney Douglas, who had been playing in his place could only finish with three.

The teams square off again in Indiana on Tuesday where the Knicks will look to find their rhythm early. They were out of sync all night in Madison Square Garden, shooting only 37 percent and allowing the Pacers to shoot 57 percent.

Indiana played without their star Danny Granger, who was averaging over 20 points a game, because he had the flu.
