Denmark's Princess Mary has been kept busy "sleeping, eating and breastfeeding" since giving birth to twins in January.
The princess and her husband Crown Prince Frederik added twins to their family - which already includes Prince Christian, five, and Princess Isabella, three - when Mary gave birth to a boy and girl earlier this year and Frederik's mother Queen Margrethe admitted the newborns are keeping their mother busy.
Asked by Billed Bladet if coping with twins was different than when her other grandchildren were born, she replied: "Not for me. But I can see how much it means to the family that it hits, if I may say so. There's twice as much all the time, it is very strenuous. I have the impression that it is sleep, eat, breastfeed. Sleeping, eating, breastfeeding."
Margrethe added that Christian and Isabella are delighted with the latest additions to the family and are not experiencing any jealousy.
She explained: "They think it's exciting for the little boy and little girl. They are very proud of them and their parents are very good to show children that they do not come in second place, just because there are twins."
