Kelsey Grammer is selling his old marital home for $7.9 million.
The Colorado chalet - which features six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms and a wine tasting room - was purchased by the actor and his then-wife Camille in 2002, and the former 'Frasier' star is set to make $2.5 million if the house sells for the asking price.
The home boasts a three-car garage and a hot tub, and has 1.67 acres of land attached.
It is one of a number of houses the pair had while they were married, and Camille - who was married to Kelsey for 15 years and starred in 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' - still lives in a compound in Malibu which the couple purchased in 1998 for $4.5 million.
The sale of the property could fund the purchase of a new luxury home which Kelsey is believed to have recently viewed.
The 56-year-old actor and his new wife Kayte Walsh were spotted looking at a $9.9 million apartment in New York's Plaza Hotel, which boasts views over Central Park.
The newly-married couple were seen with Charlie Attias - an estate agent from The Corcoran Group - and Kelsey's six-year-old son Jude viewing the two-bedroom property.
