John Krasinski and Emily Blunt share poop-scooping duties for their pet dog.
The 'Office' star and his actress wife own a red Labrador named Finn and the actor insists neither of them shirk their responsibility when it comes to picking up his mess.
He revealed: "We wanted to get a dog together. It's a huge boost to your confidence in the other person when you see how willing and able they are to take care of something with you. Normally you'll see one person get sidelined with, 'I don't want to pick up poop,' or, 'I forgot to give the flea-and-tick medicine.' The fact that we both do it is fantastic."
Just as he feels he has learned a lot about Emily, 28, by watching her care for their pooch, John says they have learnt a lot from each other about how to cope in the acting world.
The 31-year-old star insists they support each other in all their career decisions and he believes it's important to have that professional empathy.
He added in an interview with PARADE: "I had always heard, 'Never date an actress - it's too competitive, too dramatic.' But we're so lucky to have each other. She understands the stress level involved, the amount of work. That's completely priceless. For many reasons, Emily is perfect for me."
