Peaches Geldof's new chat show reportedly faces the axe.
The 22-year-old star has so far fronted 'OMG! With Peaches Geldof' on ITV2 for just two episodes and insiders claim the socialite is unlikely to be given a second series, as the programme has not proved popular.
One insider told the MailOnline website: "We do think that she appeals to our younger audience, but this show is really something of a flop."
However, despite the claims, network chiefs insist there have been no decisions made just yet.
An ITV spokesman said: "We would never make a decision on a show this early."
While the show has proved a flop with viewers, 'Not Fair' singer Lily Allen has come to Peaches' defence over the programme.
A fan tweeted Lily saying: "Lets hope that OMG show becomes 'canned Peaches' very soon... lol.(sic.)," prompting the singer to respond.
She wrote: "You sound very bitter, give her a break. She's not hurting anyone. Why would you want that? You must be jealous."
Reports Peaches' show faces the axe comes amid allegations she had stolen a £70 dress from a boutique in Camden, north London.
However, a spokesperson for the star insists police do not plan to take any action against her.
They said in a statement: "We have been contacted by the police today who informed us there was insufficient evidence, they had no intention of speaking to Peaches, and the case had been closed."
