NFL Scores Week 15: Cincinnati Bengals Deal Blow to Washington Redskins Playoff Hopes with Upset

Ryan Fitzpatrick threw for 209 yards and a touchdown, Cedric Benson rushed for 73 yards and added 88 yards receiving and Shayne Graham connected on a pair of field goals as the Cincinnati Bengals (2-11-1) dealt an almost certain death blow to the Washington Redskins (7-7) playoff hopes with a  20-10 win on Sunday.

The Bengals built a 17-0 lead in the first half as Fitzpatrick scored on a one-yard keeper and then hit Chris Henry on a 12-yard toss in the first quarter and then Graham added a 32-yard field goal early in the second.

Jason Campbell stopped the bleeding for the Redskins when he found Santana Moss on a 10-yard touchdown pass with 4:44 left in the half and then Shaun Suisham closed the half with a 23-yard field goal to bring the Redskins to within 17-10.

Both offenses struggled throughout the second half but with 2:20 left in the fourth Graham gave the Bengals some breathing room when he connected from 45-yards out and the Redskins offense continued to stall, only managing to get a field goal to leave the score at 20-13.

Washington would need a minor miracle to reach the playoffs as they now sit two games back in the wildcard chase with just two games left.
