According to multiple reports, Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene have split ways. The couple were dating since last summer.
"We can confirm they have parted ways and have no further comment," representatives for the young actors told E! Online.
But according to an insider, there is not much drama with the breakup, because the couple were never that serious to begin with.
"They were apart a lot working," an insider close to the couple told E! Online. "It was never that serious. It was a fun, five-month relationship."
The source went on to say that outsiders shouldn't be mad about the breakup because neither Jonas nor Greene are upset about it. The source also clarified that "Ashley didn't leave Joe for [Jared Followill, the bassist from Kings of Leon]. They just both agreed it was time to focus on themselves."
Joe Jonas, 21, is well-known for being one-third of the tween-favorites The Jonas Brothers, while Ashley Greene, 24, is best known for playing Alice Cullen in the
Twilight films.
