Ryan Phillippe's "greatest achievement" is becoming a father.
The 'Lincoln's Lawyer' actor - who has 11-year-old daughter Ava and seven-year-old Deacon with ex-wife Reese Witherspoon - has always loved children and says parenthood has always felt "natural" for him.
He said: "I love kids! Becoming a dad was a natural transition for me to make because my mom ran a day care centre in our house and so I grew up around a lot of kids.
"Being a father is the greatest achievement and the most important thing about me. I have two great kids, no question."
The 36-year-old hunk is also planning on teaching his children the martial art Tae-Kwon-Do because it is the "ideal form of self defence".
He said: "I've always been a big martial arts guy. I studied Tae-Kwon-Do from the age of eight and I've been teaching it to my kids.
"It's the ideal form of self defence and it keeps me fit. I'm not big on going to the gym every day. I like to mix my exercise up."
Ryan - who is dating Amanda Seyfried - is rumoured to be having a third child with his ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp.
The actress-and-model is pregnant and claims the 'Cruel Intentions' star is the father. The tot is due in June.
