Monday Night Football: Philadelphia Eagles Face Must Win Against Cleveland Browns

The Philadelphia Eagles (7-5-1) are facing a must-win situation tonight when they host the Cleveland Browns (4-9) in Monday Night Football.

Philadelphia has won their last two games to keep their wild card hopes alive and will need to win out and get some help if they are to inch in to the NFC playoffs. They’ll be facing a Browns squad that has dropped their last three games and will have third-string QB Ken Dorsey taking the snaps, a good sign for the Eagles who are ten-point favorites.

Oddly enough the Browns have won both of their Monday Night appearances this year, handing the New York Giants their first loss of the year and then beating the Buffalo Bills a few weeks back and Cleveland is 3-3 on the road this year. Both Monday Night wins were on the road.

Philly has bounced back from what looked to be a disastrous 0-2-1 stretch but wins over the Arizona Cardinals and Giants have given them a shot at the playoffs. In those two wins Brian Westbrook rushed for 110 and 131 yards while Donovan McNabb got back on track.

Kickoff for Monday Night Football is set for 8:30 p.m. ET.
