A British man received a parking ticket just 30 seconds after leaving his car.
Andrew Oxley, 29, was furious when he left his vehicle in an Exeter car park to pay for a ticket, only to return to find he had already been issued with a $120 fine for not having one.
The warden was writing out the fine and taking a picture of the car as he arrived and warned the shocked motorist that if he didn't pay within seven days he would be fined even more.
Andrew, who is refusing to pay and is willing to take the case to court, said: "The only thing I can say is that I must be the only driver in Exeter to be done for leaving his car for a matter of seconds."
