High Frequency RFID Reader Module Kit

GAO Embedded has announced the release of its high frequency RFID reader module kit which is specially designed for smart label reading, ticketing and for integrators to install into other devices such as printers, terminals and handheld devices with a DIP28 pin package. It belongs to GAO'S RFID Embedded Modules family of products.

This RFID reader module kit, model 713002, operates at a high frequency of 13.56 MHz and offers a read write distance of up to 20 cm depending on the size of antenna. It provides a baud rate of 19,200 bps and is capable of multi-detection. The reader communicates with a computer via RS232, UART and RS485 interfaces for data exchange. It features a low output power and is equipped with three LEDs for status identification. This HF reader module is used with transponders compliant with the ISO 15693 standard also known as Vicinity Cards. The module has CE and FCC certifications.
