Purple Heart Call Center Granted Federal Contract to Reach Out To Disabled Veterans

Collaborating with Veteran Corps of America, Purple Heart Call Center to Contact Disabled Veterans in January 09 to Conduct Survey of Veterans and their Vocational Rehabilitation & Educational Benefits

The Purple Heart Call Center (PHCC) is proud to announce it has been awarded a subcontract through Veteran Corps of America, via the Department of Veterans Affairs to contact a preselected group of disabled veterans. PHCC will conduct a survey of veteran’s employment through the VA’s Vocational Rehabilitation and Educational Benefits (VR&E).

“This is a great opportunity to showcase the disabled veteran home-agents of PHCC – all of the veterans scheduled to work on this contract have graduated from the Veterans Business Training Center (VBTC) using these very same VR&E benefits,” stated Afshin Zarenejad of Purple Heart Services.

PHCC is a next-generation virtual call center offering on-demand customized, multi-media communications platform for companies. “We have full confidence that our agents will be able to reach out to other disabled veterans and conduct this market survey of their current employment and job placement in the civilian workforce.” Zarenejad continued, “We are taking the benefits, training and employment cycle full circle –disabled veterans helping disabled veterans to find meaningful employment is our end goal.”
