Johnson Beharry became the latest star to be eliminated from 'Dancing On Ice' last night (21.03.11).
The war hero - who was partnered alongside Jodeyne Higgins - narrowly missed out on a place in next week's final of the ITV1 show after losing out in the skate-off to former favourite Chloe Madeley.
On hearing the judging panel - Emma Bunton, Robin Cousins and Jason Gardiner - had chosen to put Chloe through to the final, Johnson said: "There is no need to be sad. I had loads of fun - the time of my life."
Meanwhile skating champ Jodeyne admitted the time she had spent with the Victoria Cross hero had been "truly inspirational".
Fighting back tears, she said: "Every moment I have been out on the ice with this man has been truly inspirational."
Despite making it through to the final of the competition, Chloe's performance was not without fault.
While the TV personality - who was cheered on from the audience by presenter parents Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan - completed a daring Roman Candle lift, which saw her place her skates on Michael's chest, she was sent crashing to the ice when the pair stumbled during a crossover.
Following the fall, Michael said: "It was my fault because I stepped too wide and my foot got stuck. The fear tonight was to do this big lift and I'm really proud of her."
Meanwhile, children's TV presenter Laura Hamilton and former 'EastEnders' star Sam Attwater both mastered the tricky Headbanger move, while all four contestants took to the ice on their own for the first time in the competition.
Chloe, Laura and Sam will now battle it out in next week's show in the hope of being crowned winner of 'Dancing On Ice'.
