Blush Finalist Todd Homme Found Dead in Manhattan Home

One of three finalists in Lifetime’s reality show Blush: The Search For The Next Great Makeup Artist was found dead in his home Saturday.

Todd Homme, 23, reportedly died in his sleep but authorities are still unclear on what happened. “They don’t know what happened to him. He was at the height of his life. It’s very hard. Very, very hard,” says Homme’s mother Marianne Amster.

Homme finished tapping Blush last month in Los Angeles. He was chosen as one of the top three finalists but did not win the $100,000 prize and the contract from Max Factor.

More details on Homme’s death will be released later today.
