Sam Faiers' fake tan disaster

The Only Way Is Essex's Sam Faiers is set to impose a fake tan ban on her fellow cast mates.

The 20-year-old glamour girl - who was publicly ditched by local lothario Mark Wright on the ITV2 show last night (20.03.11) - admitted going on wild nights out with her friends is taking its toll on her prized car because she keeps finding fake tan stains all over her seats.

She explained: "As an Essex girl I would say don't wear fake tan when you're sitting on your car seats. I swear to God, all of my car seats have got glitter and tan all over them because when we all go out we have our instant tan on and it comes off all over the seats."

Despite her polished image, Sam confessed her car is "really messy" after being filled with various beauty products and clothes.

She added: "My car is really messy. It's not dirty, just messy from the outside. There's loads of bottles hanging around and my boot is like a wardrobe. It's terrible."

However, Nanny Pat - who has teamed up with her granddaughter Jessica Wright and Sam to become the new faces of Confused.com car insurance - has a useful solution to the blonde beauty's car woes.

Pat said: "Like I always say, take a carrier bag in the car and put all your empty containers in it at the end of your journey.

"I'm very house proud and I think it should be the same with your car."
