Veteran Broker Alfonso Pinzón Boasts 39 Years Of Real Estate Experience

Alfonso Pinzón began his real estate career in New York in the 70’s. After graduating in Accounting and Business Administration in 1964 in his native Colombia, Pinzón wanted to get involved with a tangible product and combine that with the daily interaction with people. He got into real estate in the United States. Very early on in his career, Pinzón established successful partnerships with Indian and Chinese entrepreneurs, buying and selling commercial and foreclosure properties on behalf of banks - mostly in New York. During those days, Pinzón gained invaluable experience in multiple-dwelling properties, renovations, refurbishments and property management.

Today his tremendous experience proves very useful in evaluating properties, negotiating transactions and providing creative financing solutions. Pinzón's clients are from all over the world, as he has travelled extensively to cities like Athens, Bangkok, Buenos Aires, London, Madrid, Moscow, New Delhi, Panama City, Paris, Sidney and Singapore to name, but a few. He still regularly visits Argentina, the Domenic Republic, Ecuador, Mexico and Venezuela to attend meetings with existing and future clients.

Pinzón's diverse experience has armed him with an in-depth knowledge and keen understanding of all aspects of the real estate business. His seasoned expertise and full-service approach benefits those clients seeking a great home or investment opportunity, as the advise is coming from one - who himself had a personal investing career - now almost spanning 40 years. Pinzón owns properties in New York City, Colombia and Miami.

His knowledge of the Manhattan, Queens, New York and Southern Florida markets - including South Beach, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach and Ft. Lauderdale has consistently earned him the highest honor and recognition bestowed by national and international realty firms and by his fellow real estate associates.

Pinzón heads the Miami commercial department at Brosda and Bentley Realtors since early 2009. He states "As a broker, nothing satisfies me more than fulfilling my client's needs". Currently he is working with a Venezuelan investment group that purchases large commercial lots in and around Miami.
