GBGI - Gold Bag's Focus Gold Mexico Corp. Dramatically Increases Holdings in Nayarit State, Acquires Claim of Approximately 10,850 Hectares

Gold Bag, Inc. (OTC.BB:GBGI - News), operating as Focus Gold Corp., announced today it has further expanded its holdings in the historic mining municipality of Compostela, Nayarit State, Mexico, by acquiring an additional gold, silver and copper claim totaling approximately 10,850 hectares (Focus 2) adjacent to the east of the Company's Focus 1 claim acquired in February and west of Cream Minerals' Nuevo Milenio project. Focus Gold Mexico now has over 29,000 hectares in the area with most of it contiguous.

The Focus 2 claim presents the same geologic conditions as the Focus 1 claim and provides continuity to some of the mineralized structures already identified on Focus 1. The Company is currently completing geophysical and geochemistry sampling on its Mexican properties to define the anomalies and map the principal structures. Once finished, the Company will commence an exploration drilling program on key targets.
