Prince William and Kate iPhone cases unveiled

A series of iPhone cases celebrating the marriage of Britain's Prince William and Kate Middleton have been unveiled.

Four Royal Wedding cases have been designed - ranging from a Union Jack with the couples' faces on to a simple design with just their names -and Shannon Swallow from Case-Mate believes they will be as an important memoir as plates have been in previous state occasions.

She said: "What more current way to celebrate the Royal Wedding than creating a commemorative case?

"There's no reason Royal Wedding memorabilia can't change with the times, and with mobile phones ranking among our most treasured possessions these days, creating a Royal Wedding case just seemed to makes sense

The phones will fit on both the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 3G/S.

They are one of a number of specialist items released to celebrating the impending nuptials of the future British King and his bride - it was recently revealed that Prince Charles' Highgrove shop is selling a commemorative jigsaw was being made and Kate's parents' party planning company is also releasing a range of Britannia scratch cards in conjunction with the event.
