Feathers flew in a German street when the world's biggest pillow fight took place.
More than 12,000 people signed up for the attempt to break the world record on Facebook although police estimate 2,000 actually turned up.
Participants poured into the street near Brandenburg Gate in Berlin to attack each other with pillows and cushions, bringing traffic to a standstill.
Local police officer Matthias Brandau said: "Some motorists got very cross about it but there's very little you can do except smile and realise it will pass quickly."
