Maroon 5 have recorded a track with the help of their fans.
The 'This Love' hitmakers - made up of Adam Levine, James Valentine, Jesse Carmichael, Michael Madden and Matt Flynn - invited fans to link to them in the studio via the internet to give their input on the group's songwriting direction.
Joined by competition winners from 20 different countries in a West London studio, the band kicked off the writing and recording process at 5pm on Tuesday (22.03.11) and completed the track 24 hours later.
Maroon 5 then gathered to play the new song to some 355,000 fans all over the world who had tuned in to the live streaming of the event on Coca-Cola.com/music.
Joe Belliotti, Director of Global Entertainment Marketing for the company, recently explained the 24-hour recording was the "most ambitious and experimental" music event Coca-Cola had ever coordinated.
He said: "We are excited to be working with Maroon 5. They have worked closely with us to help shape the event and ensure the session will be a fun and engaging experience for fans no matter where in the world they are.
"This is the most ambitious and experimental effort in music Coca-Cola has ever undertaken."
The song will be available to download by 1st April from Coca-Cola.com/music
